ComPany Policies

We at Sugar Bare do our best to have an open schedule to help accommodate everyone's time for getting their self-care appointments scheduled.  For this reason, we do ask that we get a minimum of 24 hours to change/reschedule or cancel any appointments.  If changes come after that window has closed, we will enforce a $25 rescheduling fee, 50% of total appointment for late cancelations or FULL amount for no call no show appointments.  If paying with a voucher, said voucher will be redeemed for the missed service.  Please respect our time as much as we respect yours.  

Packages can be purchased online or in studio with tracking to be done by booking system.  Please note we will still require a CC to be on file for all scheduled appointments.  Any no call no show appointments made with a package will get one service deducted for missed appointment.  

All major credit cards, venmo, cashapp, paypal, apple pay, cash is accepted for tipping but please keep in mind change is not kept on hand.
